Dear All,

I think this is a nice write. The organisation i work is in a soup. We have people with chronic whining disease. This is actually one of our lesser problems. What is most disturbing is that we continue recuriting despite having people being unutilised.

My question is how do you identify people who are not doing any constructive work?
